Mrs. Aleksandra Hila, Instructor

Education

Aleksandra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and her Master’s degree in Special Education from Montclair State University. She holds certifications in Elementary Education, Exceptional Student Education (ESE), ESOL, and Reading, and has extensive experience teaching and supporting students with diverse learning needs through engaging, multisensory instruction.

Background

Aleksandra has always been devoted to the work of education and to helping children discover their God-given talents and gifts. Becoming part of an Orthodox Christian school community has been a long-held desire, and she is grateful for the opportunity to serve students and families in an environment where faith and learning go hand in hand.

Originally from New Jersey, Aleksandra was actively involved in parish life from a young age, participating in Orthodox summer camps, singing in the church choir, helping with parish events, and serving on two mission trips to Ukraine during college. She and her husband now call Southwest Florida home, where they are parishioners of St. Peter Orthodox Church.

In her free time, Aleksandra enjoys reading, traveling, discovering local coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to helping students grow in wisdom and virtue as they come to know God, love Him, and serve Him in this world.
