Background

Lydia has a background in health sciences, focusing on infectious disease and international public health, and is also a certified personal trainer. Before starting a family, Lydia worked as a Project Director for large-scale public health projects locally and abroad. For several years, she ran the Summer School programs at Regent College in Vancouver, Canada. She is a trained catechist for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, Levels 1 and 2, and enjoys working with the children at her local parish. Lydia has been homeschooling her children for four years and has been involved in various homeschool co-ops during that time.
